Fruits Purees for babies
Fruits puree is a good option for growing babies. Feeding the fruit puree is a healthy food option through which you can fill your little on’s tummy with a handful of nutrition.
Apple Puree for Baby
An apple is full of rich fiber and a good source of Vitamin & Minerals. Take an apple and remove the skin & seeds from the apple. Cut the apple into the small pieces after that add these pieces into a pan and add some amount of water. Steam 8 to 10 minutes or until soft. You don’t have to throw away the remaining water. Allow the mixture to cool down after that add the mixture into the blender and make a fine paste. Remove clumps if any. The Apple puree is ready to feed your baby.
Mango Puree for Baby
Mango is a source of Vitamin C E K and a rich source of fiber & Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc. Take a fully ripe mango and remove the skin and remove the pulp. Add the pulp into the blender and make a fine paste( no need to add anything). Remove clumps if any. The Mango puree is ready to feed your baby( better give this for babies older than 7 to 8 months).
Papaya Puree
Papaya is a source of Vitamin and a rich source of fiber & Calcium, Iron, Sodium & Zinc. Take a fully ripe papaya, remove the skin & seeds, cut into pieces. Add the cut pieces into the blender and make a fine paste( no need to add anything). Remove clumps if any. The Papaya puree is ready to feed your baby( better give this for babies older than 6 to 8 months).
Homemade Banana Puree
Banana is a source of Vitamin and a rich source of fiber & Calcium, Iron, Sodium & Zinc. Take a fully ripe banana, remove the skin, and cut into small pieces. Add cut banana into the bowl and with the help of a fog messed banana and convert it into a fine paste. Remove clumps if any. The Banana puree is ready. It’s better to give 04 to 06 months old babies.
Healthy Puree with Pear
The Pear has rich protein and a good source of Vitamin & Minerals. Take a fine ripe pear and remove the skin & seeds. Cut the pears into the small pieces after that add these pieces into a pan and add some amount of water. Steam 8 to 10 minutes or until soft. You don’t have to throw away the remaining water. Allow the mixture to cool down after that add the mixture into the blender and make a fine paste. Remove clumps if any. The Pear puree is ready to feed your baby.

Plum baby food/Puree
The Plum has rich protein and a good source of Vitamin & Minerals. Take a fine ripe plum and remove the skin & seeds. All these recipes are the same in method but each has its benefits which help the baby to fill their basic needs in terms of hunger and thirst. First, introduce individual fruit puree after all that the baby will be ready for the mixture of any two in combination. Before introducing anything first consult with the doctor. if your baby has any allergy with any fruit avoid that fruit.
